How long does a project take?
A single edit or a batch of posts takes a few days. A campaign or brand identity takes 2–4 weeks, a website 3–6, and a mobile app 8–12. You get the timeline in writing before we start.
Can you work to a tight deadline?
Often. Tell us the date and we'll say honestly whether we can hit it, before you commit.
Can we have a dedicated team member?
Yes. If you have steady work, we can assign an editor, strategist, producer, or developer to your account.
When are you available?
Our core hours follow Pakistan Standard Time, and we work with clients in other time zones. Updates are written, so time differences rarely slow a project down.
How does payment work?
Most projects start with a deposit, and the balance is due on delivery. Ongoing work is billed monthly. Terms are confirmed in writing before we start.
